These instructions are for PhD/MS applicants. These applicants should also review the Stanford Graduate Admissions website for university-wide admissions policies, which we link to in our own instructions where appropriate. In cases where the instructions on our department website differ from the Stanford Graduate Admissions website (e.g., the number of official transcripts required), you should follow the instructions on our department website.
Step 5: Check Application Status
Use the above link to check the status of your transcripts, test scores, and letters of recommendation. You will not be able to view the status of transcripts and test scores until after you submit your application (allow up to 2 weeks for us to update your status). You may edit your recommenders from this page at any time before the deadline.
Please do not contact us regarding your application status unless more than 2 weeks have passed since you submitted your application. You may rest assured that your application can be given full review with your unofficial transcripts and test scores if we receive your official materials after the application deadline.
