Xiangjin Wu - best paper NVMTS

Xiangjin Wu receives Best Poster Award


His poster is titled, "Understanding Ultralow Resistance Drift in Superlattice Phase Change Memory."


Xiangjin Wu, PhD candidate, received one of the Best Poster Awards at the Non-Volatile Memory Technology Symposium (NVMTS) held at Stanford in December, 2022. 

Xiangjin’s research focuses on novel materials and heterostructures for memory applications, including phase change memory (PCM), dynamic random-access memory (DRAM), and their interconnects. 

The Non-Volatile Memory Technology Symposium is an international forum that establishes a platform for the discussion of state-of-the-art and emerging memory technologies, such as FLASH, FeRAM, PCRAM, RRAM or MRAM. Talks and poster sessions span from fundamental physical understanding to large-scale applications. Within this framework not only traditional but also neuromorphic concepts are taken into account.
