On my MAP, it says ‘University Oral Exam has not yet been completed’, but on Axess, it is completed. Does MAP website have a lag?  Yes, there is about a 24 hour lag. 00:18:26
Can we wait until the last day to get a gown from the bookstore ? Is there a limited number of gown and caps ? They have enough for the graduating students. 00:19:44
If we’re not walking and are just there for the awards, do we still need a gown? If you are not walking, no need for regalia. Please let Laura know if  00:19:44
If I have already received the physical diploma, should I bring that on the commencement date?
 		 No need to bring it to the commencement event. 00:20:55
What is the protocol for requesting seating accommodations for the University Main ceremony commencement? Is there a point of contact that I need to reach out to or will there be an email sent out? The details are on the university commencement event website, under ticketing. The deadline for tickets is June 12, 2025. 00:21:14
Do we have to return the rented regalia that same day Sunday 15th? or can we do it on Monday? The 15th is the date indicated on their site. Feel free to contact them to ask. 00:21:51

For PhD students, do the advisors perform the hooding? Yes. If your Advisor cannot make it, they will assign another faculty for your hooding ceremony. 00:26:14
