Packard 2nd Floor (Script) Printer Install - WINDOWS

Connecting to Packard 2nd Floor Lall Packard 215 Laserjet 4050n Printer (Script) - Windows Computer

  1. In the Search bar, type printers & scanners <Enter>
  2. Click Add a printer or scanner
  3. Click “The printer that I want isn’t listed” link
  4. Select “Add a printer using an IP address or hostname”, make sure Device type is IPP Device, and enter ipps://ee-printing.stanford.edu:631/printers/script
  5. Click Next
  6. When the Add Printer Wizard pops up, select the manufacturer of the printer (HP) and then the driver of the printer (HP LaserJet 4050 Series Postscript) on the right
  7. Click OK
  8. When you see the message “You’ve successfully added Script on http://ee-printing.stanford.edu:631”, click Next
  9. You can then click Print a test page, or just click Finish
