Connecting to Packard 2nd Floor HP 9040 MFP Printer - Mac Computer

1. Go to System Preferences | Printers & Scanners
2. Under the list of installed printers on the left, go to the bottom and click the +
3. Click the IP tab above (Globe icon); enter the following info:
4. Address: ee-printing.stanford.edu:631
5. Protocol: AirPrint
6. Queue: /printers/copyroom9040
