He is being recognized for contributions to phase-change memory, and to the thermal science of nanomaterials and nanoscale transistors. The IEEE Grade of Fellow is conferred by the IEEE Board of Directors upon a person with an outstanding record of accomplishments in any of the IEEE fields.
Eric's research is at the intersection of nanoelectronics and nanoscale energy conversion. Most projects include both fundamental and applied, experimental and computational components. Pop Lab
