A warm thank you to all of the students, faculty, staff – and passersby – who helped create another fantastic community event!

EE’s 2023 Gingerbread House Contest was a piping hot success.

Our distinguished judges were Professors Steven Clark, Dwight Nishimura, Dusty Schroeder, and Jill Pasewark, Academic Affairs & Programs Administrator. Fueled by hot cocoa and the sweet smell of competition, they reviewed each team’s confectionary creation. Congratulations everyone!

Twelve teams turned out eclectic, sugary creations, all with visions of sugar plums (and winning first place!). In addition to gingerbread houses, there was a ferris wheel, concert venue, and campus buildings.

Thanks again to all of our students, faculty, staff & friends for making such great end of quarter – and holiday – cheer!
