SSP pairs scientists in the Stanford community with curious middle and high schoolers across the US and internationally who are looking for mentorship and science guidance. This is an excellent opportunity for low time commitment and impactful outreach, typically ~1 letter/month running this year from October to June. Now more than ever, we’re excited to continue our mission of connecting underserved students with strong science mentors.

We have many budding young scientists looking for mentor penpals, so if you’re a graduate student or postdoc in STEM at Stanford and at all interested in becoming involved, indicate interest on this form by October 18th.
