Abstract: RNA folds onto itself to form complex secondary and tertiary structures. The regulatory information is encoded in these structural features are often ignored and RNAsequences are often treated similarly to their DNA counterparts. Here, wewill discuss a few approaches that can be applied to capture the regulatory grammar stored in RNA structural features.
