This year, Keizai Silicon Valley will recognize Glen S. Fukushima and Sakie Tachibana-Fukushima with the Keizai Silicon Valley Distinguished Achievement Award. Glen S. Fukushima is Vice Chair of Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) and Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress. He has extensive experience with U.S.-Asia relations and business leadership in Japan. Sakie Tachibana-Fukushima, President of G&S Global Advisors, is a global leader in human capital and corporate governance. Formerly head of Korn/Ferry Japan, she has served on 13 major Japanese corporate boards and highly regarded government advisory committees.

In addition to a fireside chat with the awardees that will be moderated by US-ATMC Director Dr. Richard Dasher, the program will also include a traditional Kagamibiraki (sake barrel opening) ceremony lead by Consul General of Japan, Yo Osumi.
