Katie Neilson (PhD candidate) received the award for Best Lightning Talk Session One at the SUPREME Center Annual Review hosted at Cornell University. Katie’s presentation was titled, "Improving and Understanding 2D Material-Based P-Type Transistors.” 

Katie Neilson is a member of the Pop Lab. Her current research interests include the growth and characterization of high-mobility and under-studied 2D materials (such as InSe), for transistors and other heterostructure devices.
