Abstract / Description: 

The Autumn quarter's upcoming series features presentations by distinguished guest speakers from industry about Asian and U.S. approaches to 5G network integration, federated learning, computer chips and servers for edge AI processing, and IOT systems built around intelligent clients, such as register-less stores, smart factories, autonomous vehicles, and augmented reality applications. Stanford students may register in EASTASN 402A (cross-listed as EE-402A and EALC-402A) for 1 unit credit, S/NC.
