About EE301

The EE 301 seminar course is offered to incoming PhD students in Electrical Engineering in the Autumn quarter of each year. All students (PhD, M.S. and B.S.) and faculty in the department are welcome to attend.

EE faculty will present their research so that newly arriving graduate students get a good sense of the research being conducted across the Electrical Engineering Department. This also allows new PhD students to learn about research in EE, help them with rotation choices as well as choosing a professor with whom to align.

Seminars are on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Speakers vary each week.

Time: 4:30 PM - 5:50 PM

Bios:

  • Ada Poon presents "How to Use Electronics Like Drugs to Treat Diseases"
  • Grace Gao presents "Safe and Robust Navigation for Aerial and Ground Autonomous Vehicles"
