Scotland (November 10-14, 2002). Paper ML5. We present a near-IR standing-wave spectrometer, operating from 633 nm to 866 nm. This integrated 0.2 cm3 device is composed of a GaAs photodetector with a 550 Å active region and an in-line Si MEMS mirror-actuator.
